Co-Executive Director, Programs & Resource Development
Over 25 years experience in not-for-profit management, programming and resource development, including serving as vice president for development and public relations for Central Baptist Theological Seminary (Kansas City) and lead fundraising staff for other not-for-profit organizations (e.g., residential treatment, urban homeless/low income programs, domestic violence) over two decades. Also worked as writer and producer for the National Public Radio affiliate (Austin, TX) and as congressional office staff for U.S. Representative Les Aspin, Washington, D.C. Master of Social Work & Theology; Bachelor of Journalism. Musical talents include harpist, flutist, pianist and vocalist.

30 years experience in both profit and not-for-profit management, human resources and business operations, including serving as director of human resources for American Baptist Homes of the Midwest, senior benefits analyst for MDU Resources, Inc., and multiple years experience consulting in health care and for other major companies (Farmland Industries, La Petite Academies, Schlage Locks/Ingersoll Rand, Premium Standard Farms). Bachelor of Business Administration & Religion; U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Musical talents include jazz trombonist and church vocalist.
