Strategic Goals 2005-2008

 

Goal 1:

Develop and provide a faith-based, state-of-the-art, group foster care program designed to strengthen troubled youth in secure, home-like environments, utilizing treatment modalities as necessary, and employing best practices for ensuring the highest quality of care and programming.

Goal 2:

Increase awareness/knowledge of logo and program "Gearing Up Youth for Positive Life Choices" among staff, donors, foundations, community, and state and federal foster care programs.

Goal 3:

Develop flexible, diversified, synergistic short-term and long-term funding plans to insure financial sustainability and strength.

Goal 4:

Create a system of orientation, regular in-service education, specialized training, and development of strong organizational structure to assist board of directors in mission-focused governance and agency staff in results-oriented decision making and program service implementation.
