Positions now open to increase staff/youth ratio in foster care group homes. Persons encouraged to apply if seeking vocation where you can make a difference in the life of at-risk ND youth. Preference given to applicants with bachelor degrees in social work, psychology, fine arts (music/theatre/dance/art), education, physical education/ recreation, or life experience as a parent.
Starting pay $10.00 - $12.00/hr. based on experience & education. $1.00/hr. bonus for overnight shift. Excellent benefits package includes: medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), life, LTD, vacation & sick. Must be 21 years old and hold valid ND driver's license. Successful completion of thorough background check required before employment is offered.

The mission of Charles Hall Youth Services is to assist at-risk youth in making a
successful transition from troubled adolescence to mature adulthood.
Charles Hall Youth Services provides daily living care and case management services to youth, ages 12 - 17, in three neighborhood-based group homes in Bismarck, North Dakota. Founded in 1965 as a mission of the United Church of Christ, Charles Hall Youth Services serves foster care youth needing to live in a safe, stable and nurturing environment.
